1969 Custom Honda Chopper

Complete tear down, rebuilt, vapour blasted & polished engine (seized), custom chrome plated exhaust system, tach drive block-off plate, refurbished oversized CB750 front end (custom machined top triple tree to adapt), Avon tires mounted on rebuilt wheels (rear hub laced to H-D rim, like the owner’s father had done), custom headlight mount, modified banana gas tank to adapt to CB450 frame with new petcock location (Painted by Kevin Cuffley), designed & fabricated king & queen seat (upholstered by Gary from Auto Marine), custom polished stainless steel sissy bar, shortened rear fender with relocated tail light, custom kickstand, custom mounting for lithium ion battery, starter solenoid, reg/rec, momentary ignition switch, custom cloth braided wiring harness, every assembly was rebuilt with new parts, plus many small details to make it all come together and operational!
